Exceptional stay over July 4th weekend 2025. The house is beautifully redone and spotless. The kitchen, common areas, and porches were perfect for our young families. Beds were comfortable and the kids loved the built-in bunk beds.
1 minute walk to the beach directly across from the access.
Kind and attentive owners were immediately available and quickly responsive.
We had a blast at the Sand Bar for our vacation. Would 100% recommend and would 100% stay again.

We had an amazing stay at The Sandbar on Emerald Isle from July 13th–19th. The house was spotless and extremely well-stocked with everything we needed—from household items to beach gear—which made our stay comfortable and convenient. The location was spot on—just a short walk to the beach and close to shops, restaurants, and ice cream, which made it easy to enjoy everything Emerald Isle has to offer.
Matt, the owner, was fantastic to work with—friendly, responsive, and accommodating. He even worked with us to allow an early check-in, which gave us an extra full day to start enjoying our vacation. The home was perfect for our family and made for a relaxing, memorable trip that we’ll cherish for years to come. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back again!

This is our 3rd time staying here and will most likely be back! The home is extremely convenient to the beach and not so far from town to be an inconvenience. It appears that they maintain the home very well as we have had no complaints at all. The kids love the hot tub after a cool day at the beach. Thank you again for letting us use your lovely home.
