Amazing beach front & ocean front sleeps up to 8 comfortably! Separate Private Hot Tub! East-west beach with sun all day. Beautiful sandy beach great for sunning, swimming, walking, playing & fishing. Very low density beach with no condos or high-rises anywhere within 5 miles of my beach. The kitchen was well-stocked with items needed for cooking, including a crockpot or two. Loved the fact that the place was pet-friendly. The master bedroom has the best view of the ocean.

You stay at this property for the oceanfront location and views from the house on both levels - gorgeous! The home holds a lot of people. while a duplex, there was very little noise transferred between the two sides and the shared walk and stairways were never an issue. The home is well appointed with lots of seating, beds, kitchen tools, etc. but they are quite used - at the time of our stay, this was a new rental listing and off season, so we wouldn't be surprised if this was improved. We would definitely stay again and look forward to our next trip.

Great place, plenty of room. It's a little dated, but it's a pleasant comfortable place to stay. We'll be staying there next year!!

The house is in dire need of repair. We lost air conditioning for four days. Had an ongoing problem with ants and there was uneven flooring in the living room. The hot tub was in the basement. The barbecue was also in the basement and was disgusting. The owner reimbursed us 10% for our inconvenience but I would not rent from him again.
