The house dominates the Valdichiana, surrounded by: Città della Pieve, Castiglione del Lago in Umbria. Sarteano, Cortona, Montepulciano, Chiusi, in Tuscany. Next to it is a convenient covered parking area for 4 cars. WI-FI is stable and fast. Heated swimming pool at Easter 2024 will be private for you, playground, table tennis, table football, private; bowls, fitness trail, ponds.
The property is huge: it's a mountain and reaches down to the valley floor on one side, to the other hill on the other side, and stretches over the ridge on a third side. It is 310ha, 20 km of internal roads, 2 lakes, woods, olive groves, a unique view of Umbria, Tuscany, Marche and Lazio (and a little piece of Molise) from its summit. Crossed by the Trasimeno and Perugino roads; you reach Miralaghi with 2.7 km of dirt road (3.2 km to the gate), then another 1.8 km to reach Po' del Vento from where you can reach the other entrance at 750 m towards the village at 3 km
An old, simple, comfortable hunting house, on 2 independent floors, with a large living room with fireplace, long table, partially covered terrace, comfortable kitchen, 4 bedrooms and two small bathrooms on the first floor. Two living rooms, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and two kitchens on the ground floor.
The fenced, heated swimming pool is close to the house as is the table football, table tennis, playground with two swings, a slide, a tunnel, a sandpit, a pendulum, and a children's playhouse.
The heated Jacuzzi is for 6 persons, the bocce court and toys for children. 400 metres away on foot. At 300 metres there is a fitness trail in the woods with 11 pieces of equipment and more than 20 exercises, 1 km long, at 1.5 km there is a fish pond, another pond with a table for 8 people for a picnic is about 700 metres away; shared facilities of course.
