Accomodation in historic farmhouse was exceptional. Location was perfect with short distance to Montepulciano and Cortona. Staff were great and the breakfast and dinner in the restaurant were fantastic! Great pool and bar for relaxing on hot days.

Recreated from farm buildings the resort is a haven of tranquility surrounded by vines, sunflowers ( seasonal) and olive trees. Without exception the owners and staff are friendly and helpful . Marco is great host and dinner was a great with, again, wonderful service , food and wine - they know their “ stuff”. The Chef at the resort has a lot of fully deserved praise - the dinner is excellent and the menu taken seriously - food so good we had 6 night here and only because Sunday is a rest day for the restaurant ! Note - the restaurant draws people just for dinner .We did not even try to go elsewhere.
This resort is an excellent base both for Perugia/ Assisi and for Sienna, Florence even Rome situated just off the major road between Sienna and Perugia. We flew the Perugia airport and hired a car - all very easy .The resort gave us a slice of Tuscany to take home without the tourist trappings. Bravo - you do everything so well.
