The staff were very attentive and accommodating, Providing us an early breakfast on our leave day, assisting with dinner reservations etc.

Our stay at Relais Villa Baldelli was absolutely wonderful! The property and rooms have a charming rustic character, yet everything is impeccably clean and well-maintained. It's clear that great care is taken to ensure every guest's wishes are fulfilled. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our stay.
Breakfast was a daily highlight—fresh, varied, and of excellent quality. Despite the intimate size of the hotel, the selection was always generous and diverse, with something for every taste.
We especially loved having a private entrance to our room, which allowed us to sit outside in the evenings and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The view of Cortona from the property is simply breathtaking, and the clean, well-kept pool was the perfect way to cool off and unwind. There were always enough loungers available, and the atmosphere around the pool was calm and relaxing.
We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and are deeply grateful for the warm hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the beauty and tranquility of Tuscany!

Staff
They were not flexible when plans changed. Aldo, they need new mattresses, pillows, in-room furniture. Limited heating too. Overall, not ideal.
