Staff are always friendly and helpful. They treat me like royalty.
I would love softer pillows and more towels.

Everything about the Hotel was very adequate and the pool facilities, Spa and surroundings lovely.
The pools were a nice temperature and the relaxing areas quite spacious with a very relaxing atmosphere...even with many guests it was quiet enough to relax and tune out.
Obviously the adults only is a good bonus.
The quality and cost of the spa treatments were excellent.
And the Hotel Staff in all the facilities were quickly responsive to any requests.
The only area in the Hotel where there is room for improvement is the restaurant.
I admit I come from a long line of restaurant owners and managers, however I always give credit where credit is due.
Unfortunately, the food was never served with that extra care which makes a difference and in both of our dinners the food was not served at the proper temperature, (cool or cold at best) compromising what might otherwise have been a good meal.

The concept of the resort as a wellness centre met expectations.
Unfortunately, the extended heatwave impacted on pool and room temperatures.

Location was good , and the gardens
The air conditioning temperature in the room is controlled by reception and not by the guest! This has caused me a sleepless night
