Staff was friendly but not informative

There was cigarette smell in the room , a/c was not sufficient . It felt like we were the only people in the hotel and none gave us any information ,

Do not stay. Staff tried to extort us.

Do not book here. The staff tried to double the price we booked online. We showed up late in the evening for our stay and they tried to charge us twice as much for two kids we already had in our online reservation, presumably thinking we had no other option to pay and stay at that late hour. We were not going to be extorted and decided to find other accommodation at nearly midnight.

The pace is very nice, but is not maintained-unfortunately. The place is not value for money.

The property is not maintained well, lack of staff, the way how breakfast is served is extremely dirty and not for a 4 star hotel. There is no staff during the breakfast. The area at the swimming pool is dirty, the water in the water is dirty, garbage in the swimming pool.

Really lovely Hotel - would love to come again.

Lovely spa hotel - our room was big and comfortable, we loved the courtyard. Unfortunately the weather was not brilliant so did not manage to swim in the pool which looked great but visited the Therme pool accessible by the hotel's transport. Really good breakfast with everything you could want.

Disappointing hotel! Everything in not working

Nice gardens. Big room. Early check in. Shuttle service to the city.

The Hot tub was cold. The air conditioner did not work, no vent in the bathroom. No changes of towels, dinner- bad service and food.

Has great potential but falls short

Room was fine. Nice location.

Room was fine but was very basic for a four star hotel. Lack of tea or coffee making facilities. Noisy room with ? Air conditioning-constant humming. Bring ear plugs. Towels very thread bare. Breakfast was one cappuccino only. We stayed at a two stay on this trip in Rome and the breakfast was much better with a greater array and choice. Sky TV was limited. We are in Italy of course but a better option with English and French stations would be a great addition.

Loverly early relaxing resort.

Wonderful resort with great facilities and friendly helpful staff. Lovely peaceful countryside location a short drive from Viterbo.

The rooms had no coffee or tea facilities and they closed the pool for Autumn/ winter the day we arrived.

Nice stay overall but in need of a manager to address problems

Quite location, nice courtyard and spacious parking lot. Nice dining room and common areas.

WORN towels and the small and medium size still the paper thick worthless kind. Like a one star pensione! Breakfast was unsatisfying!! Slow service, items a la carte not cooked nor presented well and buffet with pastries and other cakes that were not all fresh.

I highly recommend this small resort near Lake Bolsena.

Beautiful place. Staff at pool and restaurant were very nice and helpful. Dinner and breakfast were delicious. Wine list was good. I liked having a patio off the room. I loved the birds - swallow or swift kite birds - that lived on the property.

The thermostat for the AC unit in the room was set at a temperature that was too warm for us. We tried, but were unable to lower the temperature.

Nice location and rooms. Be careful if you go out at night; you risk to sleep in the car.

The room is very big and spacious on ground floor with a patio and garden.

Even if i informed the concierge that i will be back late for a night out. They took more than an hour to open the gate outside. I was even thinking to sleep in the car. When they opened, i got completely wet by automatic watering cans.

It would be great to have the chance to check-in online before a visit to the terme. When we got there (after a 2 minutes shuttle ride), it took us 30 minutes of waiting at the countet before we could actually get in. This has nothing to do with the Corte in itself, but the owner is the same, so...
