The house was perfect for my family of 16. The ages ranged from 1 to 70 and everyone found joy and comfort from the game room the theater or the pool. The location was just right for our Disney excursion and Walmart runs. The host was very attentive and professional. I highly recommend this property!

Bathrooms upstairs were not clean, carpet on stairs had several stains and in some of the bedrooms. Pool screen was damaged on two side which allowed my bugs to fly in. Signs of patchwork and master bed uncomfortable.

Its a beautiful property and the amenities were nice but it was not well maintained. There were marks on walls and some decorative parts throughout the house were broken. One of the reliners upstairs was broken. The floors were dirty and the carpets very stained. The couch was very weathered. In the minion room, under the mattresses there was a lot of debris showing that it had not been cleaned in ages. For the amount of guests and number of nights we stayed, they did not provide enough paper towels, toilate paper, garbage bags or dish soap. The "hot tub" was not hot, it only had jets. I think worst of all, this listing boasts a beautiful game room. While visually it was impressive, functionality, nothing worked. Not a single one of the video games worked, the air hockey table did not work and there was no ball for the foosball table had no ball and the air conditioner did not work in that room so it was very hot.
