Windsor Island Resort has an extravagant modern clubhouse which incorporates large resort style swimming pool with lazy river, slides and children's water park/splash pad to amuse the young at heart. There is a variety of sports amenities including basketball and sand volleyball courts and putt-putt golf. Other amenities include fitness room, game room, cafe and ice cream shop, multipurpose room, restrooms, game room, great room, fire pit to view fireworks and a tropical walk to name some.
The perfect choice for your brand new vacation home or zoned short-term rental. With a location that can't be beaten near Orlando's world-class attractions, ample shopping, dining and entertainment, and resort-style amenities, this community is bound to have everything you are looking for.

** The resort HOA does not permit reservations longer than 30 days.
** Pool and SPA Heat Fee $45 per day after tax, must remain on for the entire duration of the stay, if requested. Please request pool heat at least 5 days before your arrival.
** For safety reasons, we don't keep a BBQ Grill onsite. However, if requested, we can send information to you about renting one. It would be thoroughly cleaned and delivered with full propane. Other rental equipment is also available upon request.
** Towels provided are for bathroom use only. Please bring your own towels for pool, beach, waterpark, or other outdoor activities.
** Trash Bags, Toilet Paper, and Paper Towels: Starter quantities are provided for these amenities, but they may not last the entire duration of your stay.
The vacation home is self-catering, please get additional supplies on your own, as we do not provide more than the initial amount.
Additionally, there are convenience stores near to the resort for any last-minute items and treats.

Our stay was very nice. The house was fabulous and met all our needs. The stay was a 10.The only complaint is the supplies. One of everything for 3 day stay. One roll paper towel, one pod for the dishwasher, one trash bag and all the toilet paper was half full. I think enough supplies she be available for the full stay. I was prepared for the small supplies. A house that size that sleeps 25, that wasn’t nearly enough supplies. Our first hour the garbage was full. Overall we had an Awesome time. Thanks Emily!!

The baseboards were absolutely disgusting! The rails & stairs were disgusting! The walls had food & grime throughout the house. Roaches were in the home! Door latches were broken! The entire carpet needs to be replaced! No wash cloths were provided! Not ONE! Cake was all over the pool entrance door! Water bottles/ trash was in the rooms!
