Welcome to Summer Bliss, a spacious and stylish Davenport retreat designed for unforgettable family and group vacations. With contemporary décor, bright open living spaces, and upscale finishes throughout, this home offers the perfect balance of comfort, relaxation, and fun. Enjoy a private covered lanai with a pool and spa, ideal for sunny afternoons, poolside brunches, or relaxing after a full day of adventure. Inside, the open-concept layout keeps everyone connected, with plush seating, a large TV for streaming, and a fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, custom cabinetry, and a spacious island breakfast bar. The home offers five beautiful main suites with plush beds, luxe linens, natural light, and private en suite bathrooms. Kids will love the themed bedrooms, designed with playful details and plenty of charm. For extra entertainment, the private game room includes air hockey and billiards. Guests also enjoy access to Windsor Island Resort amenities, including a resort-style pool, water slide, lazy river, kiddie pool, cabanas, volleyball court, basketball court, and fitness area.

· Parking: Maxium 2 cars can park in the driveway and 2 in garage. No Parking on Grass or Sidewalks: Parking on the grass or blocking sidewalks is strictly prohibited. One Side Street Parking: Vehicles are allowed to park on designated sides of the street, as indicated by street signs. Open lot parking - first come first serve, available.

1 hand soap per bathroom
1 shampoo and 1 conditioner per bathroom
1 sponge
1 dishwasher soap
1 paper towel in the kitchen
1 laundry detergent
1 garbage bag
Guests are welcome to bring along any extra supplies they might need, as our starter kit includes only the essentials to get you settled in.
Linens and towels are provided for your convenience. However, please note that guests are responsible for washing them during their stay. There is a washer and drier at the unit. Please note that washcloths are not provided, they are considered personal items.
Rules and guidelines:
POOL – We clean the pool weekly with or without guests. If you would like to be notified of the date of the inspection, please let us know so there is no inconvenience. Please do not manipulate any of the pool equipment, if you need assistance, we will be happy to send a specialist.
ATTENTION: This house has no hot tub; the jets and jacuzzi area share the same temperature as the pool. The jets blow air, so the pool will be warm, not hot.
PARTY/EVENTS - No parties or loud activities are permitted. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, our community patrols will contact the authorities and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
SMOKING AND DRUGS – Smoking inside the property is prohibited. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind inside the property or around the community, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
DISTURBANCES: Guests shall behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors, noise or disturbances that interfere with the quiet enjoyment of their property should not be made. Outdoor noise or noise being carried outside from inside the home should be kept to a minimum regardless of the hour and in compliance with the local Noise Ordinance. Please feel free to call the authorities if there is any noise from outside that violates local laws.
PERMITTED VEHICLES: Please note that the resort does not allow commercial vehicles, U-Hauls or moving trucks, trailers, RVs, buses, or oversized vehicles. Only standard non-commercial passenger vehicles are permitted.
