The house is in a great location, but we had issue after issue with this property each and every day. Not enough towels, downstairs wouldn’t get cool the first night, paid for heated pool, but the water was barely warm. Frozen Room toilet wouldn’t flush, front upstairs King room shower water only stayed hot for 3 minutes, the fridge never got cold, sofas needed ti be deep cleaned, beds mattresses need replacing, kitchen utensils are cheap (only good pots). One shower wouldn’t turn off and had to stay on overnight until maintenance could address it the next day. The smoke detector started beeping late at night on our last night. No one upstairs got any sleep. I will not be returning to this house nor using Nova Vacations. They do use an app to send and respond issues. But not everything was quickly within the same day. We had to wait the next day and after spending 4600 for this rental we were not impressed.
