Neighborhood is not the greatest kinda sketch. We paid a ton for this property during graduation weekend which is expected but absolutely highway robbery what people charge. The furniture in this property is kid size not adult size. The TVs are bigger than the couches. No king sized bed in either bedroom. Enjoyed the size of the home just needs a few upgrades in furniture and bedding.
