We are Sean and Lexi and we look forward to hosting you on your next stay in town! This home is the guest house, Unit B, of our historic 1918 Craftsman w/ ADU.
- Key-less entry means you can check in as late as you like, just use the door code.
LIVING ROOM
The living room is equipped with a 65” Smart TV to stream your favorite show or movie (BYOP). WIFI provided.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is equipped with everything you’ll need to make your stay feel like home:
- All necessary plates, cups, pots, and pans.
- Coffee Maker (Keurig & French press)
- Complimentary coffee and tea
- Complimentary welcome bottle of wine
BATHROOM
You will be provided with:
- Fresh towels
- Shampoo
- Conditioner
- Bodywash
- Hairdryer
BEDROOM
Awake refreshed and ready for another day of exploration with a queen sized Zinus Green Tea Memory Foam mattress.
Additionally, the bedroom is equipped with:
- White noise device
- Blue air filter
- Ear plugs
BACKYARD
The guesthouse is equipped with its own deck, bistro table, and chairs for you to sit and enjoy the incredible California climate while sipping a cup of joe or your complimentary bottle of wine :)
Please note the rest of the backyard is shared with the main house and you main run into another traveler during your stay.

Any violations of house rules without prior discussion and consent from us will result in a $100 fee. This policy is in place to ensure that all guests can enjoy a safe and pleasant stay.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

- Guests will have all of Unit-B at their disposal as well as the backyard and park across the street.
- Keyless door entry means you can come and go as you please in private. Each guest will be provided their own unique access code.
- There is plenty of free street parking in front or very close to entrance.

Vallejo is centrally located about 20 miles from Napa and Sonoma wine country and about 30 miles to downtown San Francisco. The Sierras Nevada mountains are a few hours by car.
Staying with us on a Saturday?? Be sure to head down and take in all the sights, smells, and sounds of our local FARMERS MARKET every Saturday from 9am to 2pm.
Head down and enjoy the sunset, water view, and a beverage on the roof of the Mare Island brewery tap room.
without a car?? still want to visit SF?? No Problem! The SF Ferry terminal is a short walk away and can take you straight to downtown SF or the SF Giants baseball stadium.
Into artisan foods, cheeses, crackers, olive oils, chocolates, and more? Visit Anchor Pantry downtown on Maine Street to satisfy the cravings!
Speaking of food! If staying with us on a Wednesday - Sunday, make sure to check out Provisions down the street for a hip place to grab food, coffee, cocktails, or just a snack.

We wanted a place that was close to my sister who liyin Vallejo. We were delighted to find this apartment. It is so well done. It is quiet, clean, comfortable and charming. It had everything that we needed for a week long stay. We loved the ability to cook, wash clothes and hang out in the wonderful living room. The hosts are fantastic! We hope it is available the next time we come down. Thanks!

We booked this lovely spot for our wine and golf trip to the Napa area. The space and location was perfect! The thought and care put into this space was obvious. This guesthouse was clean and comfortable with everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The bed was incredibly comfortable! The location was prefect as we were able to easily drive to all of the beautiful vineyards and close to some very fun golf courses! I also loved the history and recommendations our incredible hosts left for us along with a lovely bottle of wine we enjoyed! When we return to the area we will definitely book here again.

Beautiful clean and private space in nice area of Vallejo. Remodeled recently and has everything you need plus some nice extras, including W&D and kitchen/bath basics. Comfortable, safe, and relaxing. Was perfect. Hosts are kind with great communication and ease of checking in/out. Great stay. Highly recommended.
