🥨 A stone's throw from downtown Colmar, we invite you to stay in our family house of more than 180m², which will be ideal for a stay with family, friends, colleagues, for a weekend, holidays or work. With these 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, you can stay up to 10 people. You will be quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist city center, and you can get there in 5 minutes on foot.

🍽️ a fully equipped kitchen (fridges/freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster) with a dining area for 4 people,

🛏️ 🚿 a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower, a basin and a toilet,

🚽 a guest toilet,



Upstairs :

🛏️ a bedroom with two single beds, with access to a long balcony,

House rules:

🚭 This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is prohibited.

🚭 Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 additional cleaning fee.



🧹 Bed linen and towels as well as standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes change of bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.

🧹 However, it is up to you to clean and put away the dishes, take down the trash cans, empty the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment before your arrival for 60€. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of €120 for cleaning costs will be invoiced to you.



📝 A signature of a digital contract as well as your ID, via the Yaago platform, will be requested after booking, as well as information for the police file, in accordance with the regulations in force. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.

Our family of 7 adults stayed at this beautiful property for 4 nights. It is located on a quiet residential side street but is only minutes away from all the main attractions of Colmar. We greatly appreciated the number of bedrooms and bathrooms and also the two parking spaces inside the gated driveway. The house has comfortable furniture, with a big dining table and enough comfortable chairs, and also several sofas in the living room where we all could socialize.There is also a huge variety of dishes, pots, pans, glasses and anything and everything one might need. Most of the dishes were of a very nice quality china, greatly appreciated!The only minor negative comment is the liquid soap in the bathrooms that was obviously diluted with water; this might be the fault of the cleaning team but is unacceptable at the property that costs so much.
