About this apartment rental
Superb duplex apartment, tastefully decorated and fully equipped will make you experience an intense and unmissable Parisian getaway.
Located in the famous "Marais", 5 minutes walk from Beaubourg. Very lively district thanks to its many pedestrian streets which give access to the capital's trendy restaurants and bars, as well as trendy shops. Place rich in museums and close to public transport
My accommodation is ideal for a stay as a couple, with family or friends.

Very well arranged duplex, which includes:
- 2 bedrooms, one of which is located upstairs accessible by a staircase
- 1 sofa bed in the living room also accessible by stairs
- 1 dining table in the kitchen
- 1 lounge area with television
- 1 fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, washing machine, dryer, microwave oven...
- 2 shower rooms and 1 toilet
- 1 separate toilet
- Internet by fiber
The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest and cleaning is done by a professional housekeeper.
We sincerely hope that your stay will be the best possible. As specified in our house rules, check-in begins at 3 p.m. and there is an additional cost for late arrivals:
From 7 p.m. to 11 p.m.: 30 euros
After 11 p.m.: 50 euros

My accommodation is located 9 minutes walk from the famous department store: the BHV.
and 1 minute from the large Monoprix supermarket (5 rue des Haudriettes)
Nearest tourist sites and museums:
- Picasso Museum 7 minutes on foot
- Our Lady of Paris (1km)
- Louvre Museum (1.5km)
Some restaurants in the area:
- La Terrasse des Archives (51 Rue des Archives): French bistro
- Hank Burger (55 Rue des Archives): burger specialty
- Strada café (94 Rue du Temple): brunch
- Le 404 (69 Rue des Gravilliers): Moroccan specialty restaurant
My apartment is very well served by public transport, which can easily take you to the Eiffel Tower, the Sacré-Coeur or the Arc de Triomphe.
I advise you to go for a walk towards the rue de Bretagne which is rich in bars and small typical Parisian traders.

Lovely apartment in an excellent location. Close to the Metro and main street with nice shops and cafes. The apartment is very clean and well laid out. There is a nice selection of kitchen utensils. The silverware drawer was tricky to find but we eventually found it under the stove. There are two sets of spiral stairs up to the apartment. The first set of stairs has clearly been redone and the steps are wide and easy to climb. The second set of stairs is more difficult, the stairs are narrow and uneven. Our family had no problem with the stairs but this apartment would be best for able-bodied people only. Communication with the owners/managers was excellent, they responded promptly when we had questions. Overall, we had a great stay and recommend highly.

I only wish we could have stayed longer! Great location, near shops, restaurants and the Metro but tucked on a quiet street. The apartment was spotless and very well equipped. Great for us and my elderly parents. Would love to come again.

The property was centrally located and very close to a Metro station. The apartment was a little choppy but roomy. The bathrooms were quite small though. The apartment is also up two floors with very awkward stairs to climb. Doable but you had to be careful.

This apartment looked better in the photos than in reality. There is no elevator and the 2 flights of stairs are uneven, spiraling and definitely difficult to bring luggage up and down. We were given only one bath towel and one face towel per person for 6 nights. The kitchen was fully equipped with plates, glasses, etc., but no utensils. It was very clean.
