You're in a very quiet residential area, 300m from the Abatilles district, where you'll find a mini-market, tobacconist, hairdresser, doctor's surgery and pharmacy, as well as Pereire beach, Arbousiers beach and so much more !

- A bedroom on the left with a queen-size bed (160x200), communicating with a bedroom with 2 single beds.
- A bedroom at the end of the corridor with a queen-size bed (160x200).
- Bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity unit and storage space

The garden will punctuate your days with everything you need to enjoy the sunny days and relax in the greenery ! You'll enjoy several areas that you can arrange as you wish :
