🌡️Pool Heat: Available from November through February. The rest of the year, the ambient air keeps the pool at a comfortable temperature. When heated, the pool temperature is set to 85 degrees. Pool heat is an additional fee of $150. It can take up to 48 hours to fully heat the pool so please let us know at least two days before check-in if you want to add this amenity. No dogs allowed in the pool; their fur clogs the filter.

The house was gorgeous. The trash was over flowing out of outside can and it stated trash pick up was on Friday. I called and asked about having it picked up, but no one returned my call. We literally had to just sat trash in the garage for whole week we were there.

We absolutely loved this house! It was the perfect layout for our group, was a 2 min walk to the beach, in a safe and cute neighborhood, with easy and quick access to groceries. 12 min to downtown St. Aug, which was an easy drive. The house was clean and the pool area was awesome—paying to heat the pool was worth every penny.

The house is very nice, spacious and we really liked the layout. Sometimes things happen with any house and it just happened during our rental. Serious plumbing issues throughout and back-up due to septic system issues, confirmed by their plumber after multiple visits.. We were not able to use the bathrooms and had to insist on a refund or being relocated to another property. Finally we were relocated and issued a partial credit and that resolution speaks very well of management and restores confidence. One TV damaged but they replaced that quickly. All in all, they were responsive. And once the problems in the house are taken care of it really is a good house to rent. The distance to the beach is half block or less. I’m sure the house issues will be resolved. And again, this is normal with any home.By the way, we were relocated to what might be an upper scale home. Which was really nice, but we prefer the layout of the original. It was very nice having pool on the same level with living room and kitchen.
