All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The home was beautiful and clean. The kirchen was spacious, the jacuzzi was clean and amazing. The beds were Heavenly. The home was close to everything we did. I had to work one day while visiting. There was a desk in the master closet that i could use. I just got a folding chair out of my car and had my very own private office. I recommend staying here.

This property has good access with walking distance to the beach. It also has plenty of space for sleeping. However, the living space does not have enough furniture for people to sit on if you are a family of more than four people. If they think that six barstools is part of the living space seating to watch a movie I can tell you it’s not. We were greatly disappointed . We had some issues with cleanliness which property management attempted to help us with. The hot tub was nice. I am supposed to be receiving $200 credit due to cleaning issues. However, as of now my Vacasa account that I owe them $200 now.

We stayed at Seaside Serenity for 5 weeks while getting extensive work done on our local home in Saint Augustine. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this peaceful home, located on a beautiful and very peaceful street with very nice neighbors. Just a quick walk up the street and we had access to the beach on a very remote part of the beach that was very nice! The hot tub was wonderful as well as the amenities in the garage! The house needs some updated appliances, which were already reported. Other than that, I highly recommend this beautiful and spacious home!
