Close and convenient to pool and beach access . Wagon n beach toys, fenced backyard area .
Mold on ceilings in bathrooms and some bedrooms. Ceiling air vents drip water, tubs have poor draining , carpet needs replaced it feels moist as well! Carpet and sand and water not a good mix anyways for cleanliness. Side door doesn’t not latch has to be locked or lids or animals can open with a slight push. There were also large and small bugs in kitchen , bug spray was under kitchen cabinet so this must not be a new problem but an unresolved problem . A lot of money spent to have said above problems ! I messaged on text no reply :(
