Very nice place to stay

We stayed just one night on our way to the sea. The photos are accurate, the place is very cozy and italian :). We were 4 adults and 2 kids and we had plenty of space. There is an elevator even if is on the first floor so dont worry about the luggages. Cant say much about Komotini or restaurants around unfortunately cause we were very tired.

Everything was excellent! The owners was very polite, we asked for early check-in because of a personal matters, and they did whatever they could to make it happen! We are very thankful! The property was clean and ready for guests. we had to leave earlier in the morning, and probably we left little mess after, we apologize! The only thing that was difficult for us is the location! we lost a few times, and it was hard to find it on our way back... but anything else was very nice! Thank you again for letting us being your guests!

Perfect, value for money at it's finest

The apartment was easy to find, very nicely decorated (the person that decorated it is 100% an artist), fully equipped with new and functional appliances and furniture, clean towels and bedsheets, the neighborhood is quiet , giving you a chance for a relaxing morning coffee on the balcony (there are 2 balconies). We arrived with more than 30 degrees Celsius outside, so we made some use of the air-conditioning ( every room has its own air conditioning system). In general , the fact that everything in the apartment is pleasing to look at and fully working at the same time, makes it really worth. The owner provided very clear directions for reaching the place and was easy to communicate with via phone call. I really wish my wife and I had more opportunities to visit Komotini more often and stay here again

Αρκετά δωμάτια για πολυμελή οικογένεια, άνετο και ευρύχωρο. Το πάρκινγκ της πολυκατοικίας πολύ βοηθητικό!

1.Το μικρό μπάνιο στο ένα υπνοδωμάτιο δεν είχε καθαριστεί από το προσωπικό του καταλύματος με αποτέλεσμα το πάτωμα να είναι γεμάτο με τρίχες. 2.Είχαν βάλει μόνο ένα ρολό χαρτί τουαλέτας και δύο τελειωμένα, τα οποία έφτασαν για μία μόνο χρήση. 3.Τα καλύμματα του καναπέ πρέπει επειγόντως να πλυθούν, γιατί έχουν έντονη μυρωδιά από την πολύ χρήση προηγούμενων επισκεπτών. 4.Είχα κάνει δυο διευκρινιστικές ερωτήσεις σχετικά με δύο παροχές που χρειαζόμουν στο κατάλυμα και ο διαχειριστής δεν μου απάντησε ποτέ! 5.Επίσης το γκαζάκι έχει τελειώσει, χρειάζεται αντικατάσταση. Επίσης, συμβουλευτικά θα πρότεινα να βάλετε ρολό κουζίνας ή κάποια πετσέτα κουζίνας.

Ενα καταπληκτικό διαμέρισμα με όλες τις ανέσεις. Δεν έχουμε μείνει σε καλύτερο διαμέρισμα από αυτό. Είμαστε 5μελης οικογένεια και χωρούσαν και άλλα 2 άτομα σίγουρα. Συγχαρητήρια που τα έχετε σκεφτεί όλα. Έχουμε ακριβώς την ίδια εστία κουζίνας και νιώσαμε σαν το σπίτι μας. Θα είστε η πρώτη μας επιλογή όταν ξανά έρθουμε στην Κομοτηνή!

Ev zevkli döşenmişti, , Gümülcine deki diğer binaları görünce bu dairenin ne kadar iyi daha iyi anlıyorsunuz.Biz evde kahve içmek dışında mutfağı kullanmadık. Ama tüm mutfak eşyaları fazlasıyla vardı. uzun dönem konaklamalar içinde ideal. Dışarıda hava soğuktu ama ev çok iyi ısıtılmıştı.

Sabah erken saatte 5 dk da bir tekrar eden sanki bir merdivenden atılıp basamak basamak inen metal bir top sesi gibi bir gürültü vardı. 30 kadar sürdü ve kesildi. Bu sürekli olacak birşey değildir herhalde.Bizim kötü şansımız diye düşünüyorum.

Ιδιαίτερα ευχάριστη διαμονή. Το συνιστώ. Θα το ξαναπροτιμήσω αν βρεθώ στην Κομοτηνή.

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν ενα από τα καλύτερα καταλύματα που έχω ποτέ χρησιμοποιήσει. Ιδιαίτερα καλόγουστη διακόσμηση-επιπλα. Δυο πολύ άνετες κρεβατοκάμαρες με διπλό κρεβάτι η καθε μία. Ανετα στρώματα. Ενα τρίτο δωμάτιο-μικρότερο- με κουκέτα. Ενα μπάνιο, ένα WC. Πάρκινγκ στη πυλωτή της πολυκατοικίας.

Μια πετσέτα για το πάτωμα στο μπάνιο ήταν απαραίτητη και δεν υπήρχε. Επίσης, εφόσον υπάρχει κουζίνα, πετσέτες για πιάτα και για χέρια ή έστω χαρτί κουζίνας θα ήταν πολύ χρήσιμο να υπάρχουν. Ευπρόσδεκτο και ένδειξη φιλοξενίας θα ήταν να υπάρχει καφές και τσάι.

Ev çok merkezi bir bölgede, görülmesi gereken tüm noktalara yürüme mesafesinde. Ev çok temiz, tüm eşyalar yeni, mutfakda ihtiyacınız olabilecek tüm melzemeler var. Evin üç odası ve açık mutfaklı salonu var.Odanın biri 2 ranzalı çocuk odası ve içinde ayrıca tuvaleti var. Biz çok memnun kaldık.Gümülcine’ye gelmek isteyen herkese öneriyoruz.

Banyo gideri biraz yavaş akıyor, ama çok önemli değil.
