Good parking next to the house, if you come by electric vehicle you could even park inside the gate and charge it. Equipped kitchen, easy to prep food.
Bathroom was a bit small but it's not a huge issue for a short stay. Stray cats will come to you if you start cooking or want tl enjoy your food on the terrace. They aren't particularly aggressive but will bother you for food and will try to jump on the table.

Struttura nuova e pulita
Ultramoderna: arredamento, contesto e check in automatici un po' 'freddi'

Wonderful terrace. Very comfortable and clean – with attention to detail. Nice and wonderful place.
The only things missing were nightstands next to the bed.
