It's hard to say something that was unpleasant, but I'm sure the owners will know to identify what is not going well, if there is, and fix it properly.

a quiet place to stay..a caring and really sincere couple runs it... Thanos and his wife Nadia take care of you wholeheartedly.. smiling and professional.. there are markets, restaurants and beaches close to the house... I liked the silence the most.. and the internet quality was great... what else can you ask for we had a great holiday.. we will definitely come again... and also our apartment was a flat apartment that you can enter on the ground floor which was very good for carrying things etc..

Wonderful, peaceful stay close to the city center and beach

We stayed for 2 nights from April 19–21. The apartment is located in Nea Chili, right next to the Akademia bus stop, and very close to the beach. It’s easy to reach the city center of Alexandroupoli either by bus or taxi (just €5-6 by taxi). Right beside the apartment, you'll find a beautiful sandy beach, Mikel Cafe, Milano Pizza, a small grocery store, and a supermarket. The host kindly welcomed us upon arrival. The apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. There's a lovely terrace with a large table — perfect for enjoying drinks in the evening. It also has a garden faucet (great after beach days), a clothes drying rack, and mosquito nets on the windows, which we appreciated. The kitchen includes all the basic equipment: a toaster, a Nespresso capsule coffee machine, oven, stove, dishes, and more. The bedroom is large with a spacious closet. The bathroom is also big and very clean, with a washing machine available. We had a peaceful and relaxing time. We enjoyed walking on the beach in the evenings, sipping drinks while watching the stars, and sunbathing during the day. There’s 24/7 hot water, good water pressure, and a ready-to-use Netflix account. We would definitely stay again!

I didn’t dislike anything, but I have a couple of small suggestions: Adding a more practical knife and a cutting board for fruits and vegetables, as well as an electric kettle in the kitchen, could be helpful.

Connection with the hotel management was excellent. Rooms were very clean and equipped. Gym was also satisfying. Everything was perfect.

Apartment was very clean, comfortable and had all the necessary equipment. Privacy and comfort of the guests is ensured. Host provided all the necessary information before the arrival.

When neighbors are noisy, you can hear it, but the quiet hours policy was respected, so nothing bothered us.

Meets our expectations :)

First impression was really good - inside the apartment it was very clean everywhere, very tidy and without any traffic noise. Nespresso coffee machine with coffee on the kitchen shelf and a washing machine in the bathroom. The room is maisonette and the space is really enough for three of us. Nice balcony to drink your coffee or eat the breakfast. Fitness in the building and bikes which are free to ride in the town. Nice beach very close to you with beach bar to visit. Supermarket Masoutis across the street. Free car parking on the side street. At least but not last - Thanos, the host is hospitable, helpful and speaks good English :)

A bit noisy when you stay at the balcony because of the main street nearby

Great place to rest

Everything in the flat was great. Utensils and the washing machine was good addition, the porch in front as well. The beach is 3 minutes away with a car. The landlord is very kind and helping. I would recommend this to anyone

I would say that the only negative side is that the bed sheets wasn't changed during our stay and a cleaner every 2 days would do better as bringing sand from the beach is inevitable

Everything was like in the pictures and the description, but even better. Very clean, very easy to reach, very comfortable. We especially appreciated the possibility to walk to the beach every morning, reaching it in a couple of minutes. Totally recommended!

Location was perfect. There is a grocery store, pharmacy, laundry mat, and coffee shop within like 200 metres. Lots of parking beside the building. It was wonderful having Netflix and YouTube.

Ein schöner Aufenthalt zum fairen Preis.

Ich habe den Vermieter nicht persönlich getroffen. Alles lief über WhatsApp und hat gut funktioniert. Hatte ich Fragen, wurde immer schnell geantwortet. Das Appartement hat mir gefallen und war gut eingerichtet. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist in fußläufiger Entfernung.

Die Lage war "nur" okay. Es ist quasi ein Vorort von Alexandroupoli. Eine Bushaltestelle in die Stadt ist aber quasi vor der Haustür. Und nach einer kurzen Fahrt ist man dann in der Stadt. Zum Laufen wäre es mir aber zu weit. Die Terrasse ist zum Sitzen absolut okay. Die Aussicht ist aber nicht so schön, da man in den "Hinterhof" schaut, wo die Nachbarn ihre Autos parken.

tesisin yeri makri ve şehrin ortasında kalıyor böylece denizden sonra odaya gelip tekrar makri bölgesine yemeğe gitmek çok rahat oluyor. çamaşır makinesi bile var deterjan da koymuşlar nespresso makinesi var. oda sessiz sakin ve klimali oldukca da temiz.

otopark yok bazen yan sokağa bıraktık büyük bir sorun değil, bölge hiç ilaçlanmadığı icin sivrisinek büyük sorun, mutlaka sinek kovucu ilaçlar bulundurmak lazim hem oda için hem şahsi kullanim için.
