Het appartement ligt op een uitstekende, rustige locatie en is prima geschikt voor een kort verblijf. Een groot pluspunt was de privé-parkeerplaats. Volgens de buren worden er in de buurt regelmatig kentekenplaten gestolen, dus deze veilige parkeerplek gaf een erg geruststellend gevoel. Verder was het appartement gewoon in orde.
De inrichting van het appartement viel wat tegen. Het leek heel erg op een woning die nog actief bewoond wordt. Er stonden te veel persoonlijke spullen en accessoires, waardoor het geheel nogal druk overkwam. Communicatie was slecht met de verhuurder, bericht gestuurd pas na paar uur een antwoord gekregen.
