Good value but unfortunate experience

We were there for 2 nights mid november; 7 people. We arrived late in the evening, the host welcomed us and she had heated the bedrooms like we asked. The house is quite spacious and was very clean.

When we arrived the host and let us know that we couldn’t use the kitchen sink until repairs the next day. But the next day she let us know that the repairs couldn’t be done; so we were 7 people, 1 bathroom and no additional sink. The second evening, late in the night, one of the bedroom’s door got blocked when closed; the internal latch broke and it was impossible to open the door. We called the host who brought a locksmith; the whole situation lasted almost 1 hour until I could get out of the room. The whole lock had to be dismantled and replaced. We had zero wrongdoing in the situation but were shocked when the landlady asked us to pay half the repair price of €50. We refused, which she clearly didn’t appreciate. I could have understood all the unfortunate circumstances until she asked us to pay half the repair. The A/C units in the bedrooms are difficult to operate. The living room has no heating and is quite cold.

Great house with a lot of space and a good location

A clean house with 2 separate bedrooms and a lotnof space. Utilities were more than enought and also very clean. The host was very helpful, fast with communication. Location is just 10-15 minutes walk from the center and parking is very easy...

Nice host and great place to stay in Alexandropouli

The host is very responsive and nice. The apartment is big, clean and comfortable. The car can be parked just in front of the building. I reccomand Elea’s apartment and I would definitely stay here again if needed.

Exceptional

Elea Home was a very happy place for us. Kyriaki was an excellent host. The apartment, which can accommodate a family with two kids or four individuals, was spotlessly clean. It was simply but very practically decorated and had everything that the guests could need, even clothes peg and a sewing kit. The apartment is not at the most central place but a stroll of 10 minutes to the centre through the authentic neighborhood adds to its charm. We would definitely come back and recommend it to friends.

worth to stay here again if we come to Alexandropolis

it was very clean and cozy. there is a small, peaceful garden to relax. there is no parking problem around the house. the landlady is very kind, sincere and friendly. you can really have fun in that quiet welcoming place.

there was nothing to complain about the place. it is just a bit far from the center and it takes around 10-15 minutes by walk in the neighbourhood but it can be negligible thinking about the overall holiday.

Banyo çok güzel fakat sadece tek banyo olması 3 çift için biraz bekletici olabilir. Odalar yeterli büyüklükte ve komforlu. Verandasında oturup birşeyler içip atıştırabilme imkanı var. Evin lokasyonu merkeze 1 km 17 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Evin önüne aracınızı ücretsiz parkedip merkeze yürüyebilirsiniz. Dedeağaça birden fazla çift gelirsek tercih edeceğim bir ev kesinlikle.

Kapsamlı bir markete çok yakın değil, 500- 600 mt yürümeniz gerekebilir.

Къщата е хубава, с три спални и голям хол с кухня. Леглата са удобни. Има климатици в спалните. На 5 минути с кола от плаж. Хазяйката беше отзивчива.

Има само една баня с тоалетна и малко бавно става като са много хора след плаж. Сушилникът е много малък и недостатъчен за всички кърпи и бански. Нямаше кош за отпадъци, освен малкото кошче до тоалетната. Няма климатик в хола и е горещо в него, там има 2 вентилатора само.
