Hello, the room was not at all as described or as shown in the photos. The toilet in the room was not working, which is a very bad situation. The refrigerator in the room was broken and was very noisy, so I couldn’t sleep. The room light was not working, and lastly, the room was not hygienic. I do not recommend it.

Nice Stay Despite a Few Downsides

It was a great last-minute option. We stayed in a nice room with a sea view, a separate kitchen, and a balcony. The place was clean and suitable for families. Definitely a good choice in terms of price-performance.

On the downside, the room was a bit dated and some of the furniture could use an update. The bathroom door wasn’t ideal for a longer stay, and taking a shower would make the toilet area wet — this could be improved.

A visit

We had an overall pleasant stay at the apartment – the space was clean, well-located, and offered a beautiful view of the sea from the balcony, which we truly enjoyed. The balconies themselves are spacious and comfortable, and adding some flowers or plants would make them even more charming.

However, there are a few things that significantly impacted our experience. One of the biggest drawbacks was the complete lack of access to coffee in the area. Although there is a café located just below the building, it was not operational during our stay. Unfortunately, the apartment does not offer any alternatives – there is no coffee machine in the kitchen, nor is there a vending machine on-site. Additionally, the design of the apartment doors caused unexpected issues. The doors cannot be opened from the outside – even if they are not locked – which led to a frustrating situation when our door, left open upon leaving, was closed by the wind. Neither we nor the staff were able to re-enter the room. This could easily create problems for both guests and housekeeping. With a few thoughtful improvements, this apartment could offer an excellent experience. We hope our feedback will help future guests enjoy an even more comfortable stay.

Clean rooms but needs a spraying

Hotel location is good if you have a car. Not in crowded center but 5 minutes by car. Cleaning is good rooms are wide. I had a big balcony to rest and to dry the towels this is important plus.

Hotel needs an spraying against cockroach, there were 2 in our room. Evet the hotel room is on the 2nd floor.

Quality apartment

A hotel I have stayed before. I usually stay here every time I visit Greece. The location is perfect. Cosy and quiet. Cleanliness is very good. Everything you need is available in the room. I recommend it to everyone. There is a Lidl 200-300 metres away. There is a car charging station opposite. The balconies are large and spacious. Very close to the centre.

Location is perfect, the city centre is 5min away with car. Perfect spot for families. We will visit it again.

It was okay not the best.

It was a clean hotel. Room was spacious and big with a nice tv, fridge , microvave, sink and all the kitchen gadgets that you may need. Tv has netflix and all the channels. Alexandroupolis is a nice and cute city. The room has a nice sea view from the side of the balcony.

Location was not great. 3 km to the city center. If you have a car not a problem though. But if you are on foot it is a problem. The room was not warm. There was an AC , however it was not enough to warm the room up. When you enter the facility there is not anyone there, no reception. You have to wait the lady to show up and give you the key . However she shows up around the checkin time. There was no shampoo or soap in the room. There was only a hand cleaning soap.

Everything was OK except the noise. Walls are really thin therefore we had some trouble with the noise. We had to wake up at 6 AM so do not wait for a good sleep. The staff was really nice tho.
