Lovely stay

The apartment is next to the stadium of the city just 2min walk from the sea front and also 3min to the clear beach. A big supermarket is at 4min and the bus station only 3min. The apartment is big, comfortable with full equipment kitchen, double bed, nice shower, Netflix and Wi-Fi.

Would be better if they have a shower gel at the bathroom.

Exceptional

Location is really good. As it is a small town you can walk anywhere. There are a lot Tavernas nearby & flat has a well maintained kitchen if you want to cook. Very smooth process from booking to check out.

Very good value for money and extremely clean.

This apartment is situated about 50m from the sea front as has an excellent sea view from the balcony. The whole place was spotlessly clean and had all the items you need for a comfortable stay. The double bed was comfortable and there are outside blinds to prevent the sun waking you up too early. The kitchen is well equipped, with plenty of cutlery, crockery and pots and pans. It was easy to find a parking space in the road outside.

When we arrived it wasn't very easy to find the key, as the key safe is small and not obvious. The agreed departure time was 10.00am, but by 9.30, the cleaners were mopping the floors and entrance porch. This made the whole area slippery as we were walking across shiny wet surfaces on the way to the car. This needs to be looked at as someone could have a very serious accident.

The location was excellent, close to the restaurants area, close to the lighthouse. Pretty nice view from the balcony.

The sofa was definitely not for 2 adults, very small and uncomfortable. Very hard to find a place to park your car. . The bathroom had a strong disturbing smell. The host doesn't speak english. The check out was at 10 am, a bit too early for me.

Καθαρό, περιποιημένο, άνετο, ευρύχωρο, με αρκετές παροχές και σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία δίπλα στο κέντρο της πόλης.

Πιστεύω ότι οι οικοδεσπότες θα πρέπει 1-2 φορές το χρόνο να μένουν μερικές μέρες στα σπίτια που νοικιάζουν. Έτσι θα παρατηρούσαν τα προβλήματα που δε φαίνονται με την πρώτη ματιά. Εν προκειμένω, χρειάζεται να διορθωθεί η μπαλκονόπορτα (δεν κλειδώνει η αριστερή μεριά), το τραπέζι της κουζίνας (τρίζει), το στρώμα στο κρεβάτι (θα μπορούσε να αντικατασταθεί με κάποιο καλύτερης ποιότητας), το μπάνιο (το πάτωμα ήταν υγρό για ώρες μετά από το μπάνιο, ένδειξη οτι από κάπου στάζει). Όχι σημαντικά θέματα πάντως.

Pırıl pırıl çok temiz bir daireydi. Ev sahibine ihtiyacımız olan her an ulaşabildik. Mesajlara hemen cevap verdi. Ev sahibi konaklayanlar için herşeyi düşünmüş. İstediğimiz herşey evde mevcuttu. Kahve, çay ve kuruvasan dahil. Konum itibari ile evin yeri merkezi konumda. Restaurant ve sahile çok yakın. Otoparkı yok ama biz problem yaşamadık. Evin etrafında park edecek çok yer bulabildik. Herşey için teşekkür ederiz. 👍😁😁

Das Ägäische Meer sagt herzlich willkommen.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und nicht vollgestopft. Viel Platz im Kleiderschrank. Das öffentliche Sport-Stadion ist nur wenige Meter entfernt. Und für Sportler/Jogger gibt es auch weitere und gute Möglichkeiten in der Nachbarschaft. Die Gastgeberin steht für alle Fragen und Unterstützung zur Verfügung.

Meine Empfehlung: Kennzeichnung des Apartments an der Wohnungstür bzw. Treppenhaus auf der Etage, und eine Halterung mit Höhenverstellung für die Brause in der Dusche macht das Duschen unkompliziert, die feste Höhenposition im Kniebereich ist ungünstig, auch wenn die Brause aus der Halterung genommen werden kann.

Η τοποθεσία του καταλύματος είναι πολύ βολική, ένα τετράγωνο από τη θάλασσα και 10 λεπτά από το κέντρο της Αλεξανδρούπολης, ενώ υπάρχουν κοντά αρκετές ταβέρνες, φούρνος και mini market. Το διαμέρισμα είναι ευρύχωρο, φωτεινό και ανταποκρίθηκε σε όλες τις προσδοκίες μας. Το μπαλκόνι έχει ωραία θέα στη θάλασσα, και η οικοδομή είναι σχετικά καινούργια. Γενικότερα δεν έχουμε κανένα παράπονο και η διαμονή μας ήταν πολύ ευχάριστη. (Το μόνο που θα μπορούσα να σημειώσω ειναι πως δεν υπήρχε διάθεση επιπλέον χαρτιών υγείας, σακουλων κάδου και απορρυπαντικου ρούχων εφόσον διατίθεται πλυντήριο)🌊😘

Много чисто уютно и обзавеждане с вкус. Напълно обзаведен кухненски кът и място за хранене. Чиста баня с всичко необходимо за престоя. В спалнята е тихо и леглото е с удобен матрак. Допълнително отопление. Южна тераса със масичка и столове. Вижда се част от морето, което беше нашата цел и изискване. Мебелировката беше подредена с много вкус. Имаше и комплимент. Също и достатъчен избор от кафе. Не на последно място- достатъчно място за паркиране.
