The Snook, The Kove, Bournemouth Beach

Location, cleanliness

Booked for myself and young daughter for a cheer competition in Bournmouth. Perfect little apartment for us, so close to everything we needed, shops, restaurants, a easy five minute walk to the beach. There is a pub just around the corner so Saturday night was a little noisy BUT it was England world Cup match so was expected, Sunday night we didn't hear a peek. Big fan in the living room area which kept the place comfortable and cool. The bed was so comftable we both slept really well. Saturday when we arrived there wasn't any availible parking spaces but there is a big car park 2 minutes walk down the road. Sunday we managed to then park Infront of the apartment. Took us a little while to connect to the WiFi , once connected it worked perfectly all weekend. The only thing I could recommend is having a mop in the apartment, this would be helpful for after having a shower. Thank you for a lovely stay we will keep you in mind when we return :)

Great facilities and location

Price good for the location, lovely spot so close to the beach and it is great to have a kitchen.

Property lists there is private parking and that you can park in *any* of the bays at the front of the property. Once you arrive there are a number of parking spaces directly outside the property with barriers blocking each individually. You are sent a message with codes for only a number of these bays (you do not have a pick of the bunch). The only bay that was available out of the list given was 12 and the code given by the host did not work. We were lucky enough to be able to get street parking failing to gain access into the barricaded parking space but if this space had not suddenly and luckily became available we would have either had to pay for parking or park streets away. As a side note, I had also requested twice over message on booking.com for the host to ensure the sofa bed was made up prior to our arrival. Both times this was confirmed but upon our arrival this had not been done. The ‘sofa bed’ was stained and was not clean at all. Do not recommend for anyone wishing to use the sofa bed! The flat was not spotless but it is OK for the night. It is so noisy with other guests coming and going especially at the weekend, could hear full blown conversations through the thin walls. Did not get much sleep.
