It is the best pet friendly place in Madurai I can say in this budget. The staff members are very friendly, helpful, and accessible 24/7. The surrounding place is very lively and everything is available in that place. Overall, I liked the place and stay and it was very comfortable.

May be, the clock was not working and the toilet basin quality is not good. Still, manageable.

Entrance looks good

On arrival the room wasn’t clean. The receptionist was getting the bed ready. The floor was all dirty with hairs and dirt. We asked them to clean the same which seems like not liked by the receptionist or owner. The pillows and the bed sheets weren’t clean. Early morning they knocked the door and demand us to rep-ark the car to the other side of the road from in front of their place of stay. It was too stressful after a long journey. Overall bed was okay to sleep but the situations around was daunting. After reaching home we have received a couple of calls from this residency claiming that you have only provided stars and the person who ranged was aggressive at some point.
