Fortunately, ours was a stay for a few hours.
1. Made us wait for a longer time
2. The staff were behaving irresponsible - acting as if there was no booking at all.
3. Bedsheets were unchanged
4. Water taps were non functional
5. While vacating no one at the counter; had to leave the keys and leave; on calling the available contact number, we got some unpleasant responses.
