Really enjoyed my stay here. The location was probably the biggest highlight , and I enjoyed waking up to the view of Burj Khalifa . You can tell the property is maintained properly, which made a big difference.
The team was professional, welcoming, and responsive. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai.

Location is perfect.
Bell boy available.
Host was communicating through watsapp efficiently.
Booked it by mistake thought it was a hotel. I usually prefer hotels for safety.
Door access is by card. The door has double locks on the inside.

Location, cleanness and flexibility
The heater was not working.. it was freezing.. and had to buy a blanket with heater .. very disappointing
Also, the room is NOT facing burj. It’s facing sh zayed rd and you can’t see the burj
