I came and had to take a shower in the afternoon and wash my hair before the cocktail party at 6:30pm. The water was lukewarm and it was very difficult to get through with washing my shoulder long hair. Also, the apartment was too cold. When I told the person who let me enter, he said that it couldn't be changed. When I complained after having come back from the party, I was told that one has to turn on a switch in the bedroom that will heat the water. Someone should have done that before my arrival. There was also no shower gel refilled and no hand soap. I informed my contact person and she said that I would get it but I had to text the next day again before someone dropped by to bring those items. I was disappointed that there was no shower cap or toothbrush provided like in other places.
