لاتتوفر بعض الخدمات مثل سليبر الحمام لايوجد وهذا شي اساسي ومفترض يكون ايضاً احتجت بعض المساعده ولم يستجيبوا لي سريعاً مما اخذ ساعات من الوقت لخدمتي ايضاً بانيو الحمام كان جداً متسخ

Great location, you basically live in the mall, where everything is in walking distance. The flat is well equiped, you have everything you need for a pleasant stay. We stayed on the 29th floor, we had a side view to Burj Khalifa and it was nice. We were allowed to check out 1 h later (at 13h)

We stayed 6 nights and when you ask for a cleаner- it is for an extra charge, which I think should be included in the price at least once every 3-4 days, towels are dirty, rubbish, add shower gel/shampoo (you get one small shоwer gel and on small shompoo for two people, 2 toilet papers) etc. The safe was not working and I was not warned, so I had to go everywhere with my valuebles with me (the answer was that the request was sent for a replacement to the owner, but is still not approved) At check out I had to wait 1h to get my deposit back (which I paid cash and logically should be refunded cash) There is no luggage room in the residential part and if you have to check out and go somewhere- it is not an option. All this I write just to make the service better- the flat is great and you have big potential.
