The accommodation name says it all!
The view was amazing, as beautiful as in the pictures. The apartment is well equipped, we loved the design, especially the set-up on the 1st floor. The bathrooms are spacious, the heating is very effective and covers all areas of the house. The apartment was super clean and we found shower gel and even olive oil (thank you so much). The interaction with the personnel was great (many thanks Silvia). Amazing experience for chill quality time.

Superbe séjour
Nous avons passé d excellentes vacances dans ce logement. Il faisait calme, la vue est superbe, les terrasses permettent de profiter de l’extérieur. Le logement est spacieux, propre et bien équipé. C’était très agréable et reposant. La maison se trouve à proximité de Menagio, et n’est pas loin d’autres sites intéressants (Varenne et Bellagio par le ferry, la Villa Carlotta, Lenno et la Ville del Balbianello,..). On peut se garer facilement en contrebas de la maison. C’est un très bon endroit pour profiter du Lac de Côme de manière pittoresque, en tout cas au printemps.
Rien. Il faut seulement savoir qu’il y a un pylône à proximité et que la vue n’est pas totalement dégagée sur le lac ; par ailleurs, l’accès à la maison doit se faire à pied mais elle se situe au tout début de ce petit sentier. Ce n’est pas dérangeant.

Relax sul lago
Bella cassa disposta su tre piani, al pian terreno ampia cucina, che affaccia su patio attrezzato con tavolo e sedie per mangiare all’aperto, bagno lavanderia. Al primo piano un doppio salone con divani un bel terrazzo e un angolo per giochi per bambini e letture varie. Al secondo piano ampia camera matrimoniale con terrazza, una cameretta e un bagno finestrato. Appartamento perfettamente attrezzato con tutto il necessario sia per la cucina che per in bagno. Presenti lavatrice, asciugatrice e lavastoviglie. Zona molto tranquilla fuori da i principali circuiti turistici, ma comunque vicina agli imbarchi per bellagio e varenna, e le più belle località del lago come Villa Carlotta e Villa Balbianello. Parcheggio disponibile in strada davanti alla struttura o nelle vicinanze.
Essendo su tre piani non consigliabile per chi ha difficoltà deambulatorie. Dalle foto si vede chiaramente che la vista sul lago è un po’ rovinata dalla presenza di un traliccio delle luce proprio davanti casa. Inoltre sotto casa c’è il parcheggio di una ditta di camion per trasporto terra e quando partono la mattina e rientrano la sera fanno un po’ di rumore fastidioso. Purtroppo non abbiamo avuto una bella esperienza con l’agenzia che gestisce l appartamento a cui abbiamo chiesto delle informazioni e non sono state in grado di fornirci supporto.
