Apartman je čist, opremljen svim potrebnim stvarima. Raspoloživo je parking mesto u podzemnoj garaži. Komunikacija sa vlasnikom je bila odlična. Stan je okrenut ka dvorištu i pruža mir za odmor. Nalazi se na 5 minuta hoda od centra a u okolini ima kvalitetnih restorana, pekara i prodavnica.
Zamerka je klimatizacija(hladjenje)u većem prostoru dnevnog boravka i kuhinje. To je rešeno preko toplotne pumpe koja u vrelim danima taj prostor ne može da ohladi adekvatno. U manjoj, spavaćoj sobi, to nije problem. Stan je čist ali se osećao miris duvanakog dima.
