I will definitely return here again

First time in this hotel and have to tell - I’m in love with it! Modern, clean, comfortable. Nice room, good bed, pleasant bathroom. Breakfast is also good and various. And what’s really great - good staff and managers! I sure each time in Bijeljina - I will stay here, it feels like home

For the price it was reasonable, but there are some downsides.

Underground parking without extra charge Very clean and new room Breakfast

You hear the people in the other rooms when they are talking It is not possible to get the room dark. The bright lights from the gas station and neighbouring buildings are brighting up the whole room during the night. No A/C. Opening the window is not an option because of air pollution and the noises from the gas station.

The internet kept dropping out and free internet tv was seldom available . The hot water was often not very hot.

Did not sleep comfortably at all.

The staff were welcoming and the room was large.

Unfortunately we had the room above the reception / shop which played music all night. The sound insulation is poor and the music can be heard. Also the cigarette smoke carries up leaving a lingering odour.

NetFlex and WiFi were included, shower and bed were very cosy and comfortable. Location was close to the center, very convenient.

Exceptional

Hotel rooms were fantastic. We had comfort double and comfort triple. Spacious, comfortable, very clean, huge bathroom. Although hotel is next to the petrol station, rooms have excellent insulation and you can’t hear any outside noise. Girl at the checkin was so lovely and friendly. Underground parking was 10KM but you can park outside for free. Breakfast was good.

Air conditioning was hard to operate. Bathroom towels could be softer.

Amazing place that I will defo visit in future.

Amazing room , so clean and cozy. Everything was very modern and fresh. Position of Hotel itself is amazing its in very centre of Bijeljina city. Staff was very helpful and smiled.
