Thank you for making our stay very special. We will be back to Bijelina!

The location is perfect, next to the bus stop, the main pedestrian streets, several supermarkets and local restaurants. We stayed in a spacious deluxe double room with AC and an extra bed. Breakfast was good, and the staff did their best to accommodate us and make sure we had a lovely stay.

The check-out process was a bit weird as the manager was away and the poor young lady at reception wasn's sure how to charge the right amount. To give her her due, she contacted her supervisor and managed to charge our card in the end.

Staff was good, hotel looks great from the outside and inside, room needs work

I like the location it was in and the look from the outside of the hotel, it looks very presentable from the outside.

Wine glass was not clean but it had a plastic cover over the glass saying it was cleaned, the wall looked like it had mold and the paint was getting chipped inside the room, carpets need a good wash as it looked like it was not in a while.

Very nice hotel in center of Bijeljina. It's the brand new hotel, with very nice rooms. They have a good breakfast but also excellent cakes, I recommend krempita :)

Need some parking space

Location, designe, staff . Food was good. Rooms are big and very well designed, Good quality furniture

It comes out that they have no parking at all. There are only three parking places on the street and even that three places are not controlled by hotel. Anybody can park! This is big problem and not good for such a good hotel. They have underground garage but only owner of hotel can use it!?

All are fine. Staff were very friendly. I believe I was upgraded to a perfect room.

Breakfast could include a little bit more diversity. Don't allow smoking in the restaurant or separate the places for non-smokers.

Upon arrival, I was moved into another hotel. No explanation was given for why the room I booked was not available. The room and hotel I was moved to was not of a comparable standard. Overall experience was poor.
