Perfect location to explore East Suffolk such as Orford and Framlingham, plus we had tea and milk waiting for us when we arrived which is always needed after a journey and had everything we needed.
I was also messaged by the owner with detailed instructions on how to arrive at the property which was very useful.
In one of the 3 bedrooms the ceiling is a little lower so if you’re 6 foot ish you may be brush the top of your head against the ceiling. Otherwise, no issues at all.

Lovely note from the owners and much appreciated milk and cookies. Clean, tidy, cosy and warm enough despite baltic weather. Comms great from hosts too.
