Sehr gemütlich und sauber, super Lage, leise Klimaanlage, schöner Innenhof mit Pool, freundliches Personal, super schöne Dachterrasse, die auf den Bildern gar nicht inszeniert wird

Nice location in Pererenan, cute small room, balcony
The stuff was honestly very disturbing :( they couldn’t accept my payment at the check in, and I said I’ll pay later then and went to rest. They came and knocked the door 4 times!!! I needed to scream through my sleep that I’ll come soon. The next day they again do the same during chek out time, came 3 times. While the hotel was almost empty and no high occupancy. I understand the policy and respect the rules, but the fact that the stuff was so bothering and destructive made my stay really annoying and not so pleasant.
