Top notch!

Very happy with our stay there. Great host who has even allowed us early collection of keys at our request, and was happy to assist with anything along the way ie. Recommendations etc etc. Great location with everything that is required for a family stay being nearby. Would definitely come back again 🥰 Dalibor is a true gentleman!

No Iron or clothes line but host was willing to share his if needed :)

Cute and well-equipped apartment in a new building

Exceptionally clean apartment in a new building. Sunny and spacious bedroom with a comfortable bed and lots of storage area. Living room is tastefully designed, with a sofa that transforms into a bed to accommodate a person or two, though not as comfortable as the bedroom bed. The kitchen has most things you'd need to fix yourself a meal. The owner lives on the same floor, he was friendly and accommodating, and responded to our messages promptly. There's a Maxi grocery store right outside of the building that is equipped with all basic things you'd need during your stay.

Everything you need at a good price

Apartment Oaza 45 is located in a one-year-old (new) building in a nice part of the city in Block 45, a few minutes' walk to the Sava river. Around the building there are several comfortable parking lots where parking is free, and the apartment itself has its own garage. The apartment is beautiful in every way: new, spacious and tastefully arranged, functional and fully equipped. The owner was extremely kind, warm and accommodating. We will definitely be back again.

Savršen apartman, nova zgrada, lift, garaza, potpuno opremljen, divni domaćini. Lokacija idealna za vezu sa bulevarom i TC Piramida. Veličanstven pogled, predivan ambijent. Svaka preporuka za kraći ili duži boravak. A perfect apartment in a new building with an elevator and garage, fully equipped, and hosted by wonderful people. The location is ideal for easy access to the boulevard and TC Piramida. Stunning views and a beautiful ambiance. Highly recommended for both short and long stays.
