Rude staff, harassing, unprofessional, thiefs, liars. Not safe to stay!

Absolutely nothing. Booked the hotel for my disabled father through booking.com. I sent my farher confirmation of the booking along with the receipt. Upon arrival my father was forced to pay in cash again. He called me and I had explained that I paid with my card and the money was taking off. The lady at front desk called the manager. He attacked my father and I and called us names. He said they have no access with booking and booking takes all the money. They asked to see the receipt which my father provided and the lady was ordered to kick my father out of the hotel. I called booking and booking stated that the hotel gets the money and in my case they did, since they accepted visa, mastercard, etc. when on the phone they said only cash was accepted. My poor father with issues, no idea where he was at was looking for a new hotel. He ended up getting an amazing, very friendly Asian hotel. They welcomed him and took care of him. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS HOTEL. My father was scared for his life and I was scared for his. Thankfully Booking.com saw what they tried to do and charge double the money and thankfully I got a refund.

Pleasant stay near the airport

Close to public transport to the airport (bus stop is 2 min walk; 8 min bus ride to the airport). Polite staff. Good/strong wifi. Peaceful location.

Location and apartment price is totally fine. The balcony view is more or less OK as well, and in general it could be great apartments to stay for few nights.

We were three guests, but the bed linens for the third person were not prepared in advance, so I had to arrange this myself. The apartment appears quite worn, with rather old furniture. In addition, towels from previous guests were still drying on the balcony, with the drying rack fully occupied, which was unexpected and detracted from the overall impression.

A good place for a short stay

The apartments are located near the airport, a good transfer is organized, the condition of the apartments is very good, everything is clean, everything you need is there.

The only inconvenience was that someone downstairs was smoking a lot and the smoke was drawn into my room and the smell of tobacco practically followed me all night.

The location of apartment complex is close to the airport ,by taxi you are at the airport within 5 minutes.Apartment was very clean with the very big and clean bathroom where you have everything what you need.Plus there were 2 bottles of water.Very friendly staff at reception. The apartment complex is very close to the bus stations which takes you to the city 72 ,610 etc and several shops and restaurants ,especially Srpska Trpeza.

A perfect option for a transit flight, would come back!

A perfect choice for a transit flight! Stayed here for one night. The map was showing 15 minutes by car from the airport, but it's actually only 6 minutes! The staff is friendly and the reception is always awailable. The room was spacious and nicely equipped, very quiet at night. The next day, the taxi arrived in 3 minutes - the hotel is in a convenient location for travelers who want to avoid stress. Would definitely come back!

No elevator (but the receptionist helped me to bring the luggage to the second floor - thanks to him!), some smell of cigarettes in the building (not in the room - there it was all ok).

Small, overpriced and smoky room

It's close to the airport and has free parking.

The room was extremely small and definitely not worth the price, it does not look like in the picture. To make matters worse, the reception, the hallway and also the room reeked of cigarette smoke, it was impossible to air out and the smell lingered the entire time. There was no fridge also so you cannot even cool the water down. We also had to ask for the invoice like 4-5 times until we finally got it via email, but on the reception the first thing they ask for is to pay cash but they cannot give you the invoice immediately.

Good choice near the airport.

I had a delayed connection flight and was looking for s place to stay for the night not far away from the airport to make sure my commute will be simple. It’s a clean, quiet place with very friendly staff. I could finally relax after a stressful night. If you are looking for a place to have rest nearby the airport, that’s a good choice.

Aggressive staff and disturbing conditions

The location is clean and relatively close to the airport.

I was woken up from my sleep by loud knocking on the door at around 7 in the morning, with the reason being that they wanted the money right then, otherwise they would call the police and I had to leave the premises as soon as possible. I explained that I was going to pay as soon as I woke up, but they insisted on receiving the money at that very moment. The cleaning lady makes an unbearable noise in the hallway, it’s impossible to sleep. I do not recommend this place at all — the staff has no understanding of basic manners. The staff only accepts cash payments and does not accept cards. On the day of check-in, I didn’t have any cash in the local currency or in euros, so I had to go to a currency exchange office. When I returned, there was no one around to whom I could give the money.

Clean, nearby the airport. The communction by booking.com by the manager was good!

Communication by check in, non speaking English person, who kept talking back in her own language, which is really incomprehensible to us. Also was the women not very kindly, beside the language problems. The man in the evening is speaking good English en very kind. Rooms are oke and clean, but at the ground floor the are smoking and you smell it everywhere in the building. No coffee machine on the room, no trash can. There is a bath, but you cannot fill it up because the boiler quickly stops providing hot water. The Wifi is also very bad, That was very disappointing because we do not have a internet connection in Serbia ourselves.
