Clean and spacious place very close to the airport. I needed a short overnight stay due to an early flight the next day, and this place was perfect. It’s about a 5-minute walk to the bus (No. 72), which runs early in the morning to the airport. The owner kindly picked me up at the airport upon my arrival, which was a great help. Highly recommended for convenience and comfort

He gave all his best to me and my family.

Alexander was very kind and helpful. He arranged all the transfers from and to the airport with his car and also helped us to reach the city centre. All in one price. I can stay again! He picked us up from the airport, gave us recommendations for the city view, and even drove us there to make it easier for us. He drove us to the airport at 4:30 in the morning. He gave all his best to me and my family to have the best experience as good as possible. Also, he helped me get my lost cell phone from Tesla Airport police office while I was in Rome.

Cozy clean place for a overnight before early flight

Super good for value/money place to stay in this area especially if you have early morning flight and traveling by car. It is 5 min away from rental drop off, there is a gas station nearby so you can fill up the car. Location has everything you need to have a quick sleep and simple breakfast. Hosts are super nice. We loved sleepers (especially pink ones) very much. :D Do not expect this to be 5 star hotel, but it is clean and cozy place for a overnight stay for very affordable price. Not comparable with sleeping in the airport on the wooden benches.

Ease of use. Alex was great. Picked me up and drove me off. It was Easter and even offered to make me breakfast since all the restaurants were closed. Even brought me an Easter egg basket.

Accueil chaleureux, hôte disponibile pour tois les renseignements, transfert de l'aéroport et a l'aéroport compris dans le prix. Il y a tous les équipements nécessaires. La proximité de l'aéroport.

Pour moi tout était OK, en revanche si vous voulez vous balader au centre ville ça risque d'être un peu loin .mais il y a un arrêt de bus a proximité. En tout cas propriétaire pourra vous renseigner, il est très communicatif , n'hésitez pas!

Unterkunft wäre eine 7, der sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeber eine 10, daher die wohlwollende 9

Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber (bot sogar an, mich frühmorgens zum Flughafen zu fahren – war allerdings nicht nötig, die Haltestelle der Buslinie 72 zum Flughafen ist nur drei Gehminuten entfernt und der Bus ist gratis; Taxis sind hingegen in Belgrad meines Erachtens keinesfalls zu empfehlen), zweckmässige Unterkunft mit ein paar Mängeln.

Wie leider in sehr vielen Privatunterkünften auf dem Balkan wird nur per Klimaanlage geheizt, also wird nur während das Gebläse läuft warme und zu trockene Luft erzeugt, die Wände und die Böden hingegen bleiben kalt – empfinde ich als unangenehm und ungesund, ist aber auszuhalten für eine rasche Übernachtung. Fast unerträglich hingegen ist der üble Geruch aus der Kanalisation – unverständlich, warum der Gastgeber in die Abflüsse im Bad keine Klappen bzw. Einweg-Schläuche einsetzt, diese sind günstig sind und lösen das Problem bestens.

Ev çok temizdi. Ev sahibi çok ilgiliydi. İletişimi güzeldi. Evde bizler için ikramlar (çay, kahve, bazı temel mutfak ve yemek malzemeleri) ve küçük hediyeler (magnet) mevcuttu. Kendinizi evinizde gibi hissettik. Her şey için çok teşekkürler.

Konumu merkeze oldukça uzaktı (ortalama 10 km). Konum havaalanına yakındı. O nedenle uçak seslerinden baya gürültülüydü. Evde bazı yerlerde örümcek ağları ve sivrisinekler vardı (sivrisinek ilacı mevcuttu)! Bir odanın lambası yanmıyordu!

Чудесен избор за нашия престой в близост до летището. Студиото е на много удобно място за късни/ранни полети. В близост до спирка на градския транспорт. Има много на често рейсове до центъра на Белград. Студиото е много чисто, интернета е отличен. Александър е изключително приятен и отзивчив младеж. Много сме доволни от престоя си при него. Ако имаме отново път към Белград, задължително ще отседнем пак там.

La struttura era molto pulita e accogliente, i letti comodi e il bagno pulito. Alex è una persona molto gentile e accogliente, è venuto a prenderci in aeroporto alle 2 di notte e poi ci ha portato in stazione la mattina dopo, è un padrone di casa eccellente e davvero molto gentile. La casa era comoda e vicina all’aeroporto. Ci ha addirittura regalato una calamita prima di partire. Consiglio a tutti quelli che devono passare una o più notti a Belgrado di passare da Alex.

Escale imprévue mais rendue très sympa par Alex et son frère, qui nous ont accueilli :)

Alex et son frère ont tout fait pour nous faciliter cette escale impromptue mais charmante à Belgrade ! Notre vol est arrivé à 5h du matin et ils sont aimablement venus nous chercher pour nous conduire au logement. De même, le vol de retour étant programmé le lendemain très tôt, ils nous ont super bien conseillé quant au bus à prendre pour revenir à l'aéroport (20 min de bus). Très bonne halte improvisée donc, un logement indépendant, très propre et pas cher du tout. Merci vraiment !
