A very terrible accommodation experience

The hotel helped me turn on the air conditioning in advance and set up a baby crib

I did not receive the room I booked. I booked a room with a living room, but the person in charge gave my reserved room to someone else without informing me. I was given a much smaller bedroom with no living room. I chose this hotel specifically because I needed a living room, as I need a place to finish my work after my child falls asleep. I arrived at the hotel very late. The person in charge asked me to cancel the booking and offered a refund, but I had no time to look for another room. I was traveling with a 2-year-old child, so in the end I had no choice but to accept a refund of the price difference. The kitchen only had cups and no utensils. Part of the curtain in the room was missing, so even with the lights off, the room was still very bright. I did not sleep at all the whole night.

Lovely stay with all the essentials and a very responsive host - would definitely return

Loved the location, friendliness of the host and apartment was extremely clean. The host was always available with any queries I had both during business hours and outside business hours. A bonus to this Apartment is that the host can provide rental cars as well and it is also conveniently a 5 minute drive from Nikola Tesla Airport in Belgrade.

Good and affordable

I liked that room was clean there was no outside noise and it was close to the shops and airport i liked that the hotel had their own shuttle bus that took me to the airport.room was nice and spacious

I didn't like that I originally picked different room that had a living room with am l-shaped couch but when i got there they gave me a room with two double beds and I was by myself I didn't need that. The person I had to communicate at that moment was a driver so he didn't know much and on the phone the other guy told me that mistake was made by someone who was new to the company. So that was the only thing not a big deal but as everything in life when you pay for something you would like to get that not something else that's why the photos are on the site for customers to pick what kind of room they need. No big deal I still had a good stay but attention to detail is important

Horrible experience.

We arrived over 6 hours after check in time and our room was not ready. We were rudely offered to wait for an hour, but were not offered seats, water even a simple apology! The situation and the attitude was incomperhansable. Also, there is a casino as part of the property which is not shown on the pictures or stated anywhere. Otherwise would not have chosen to stay at a casino, especially with kids.

Decent and safe spot for the night but in a rundown neighbourhood

we stayed here overnight. We were driving to Macedonia next morning. Found a place very close to the airport to avoid belgrade traffic on our way out. The rooms are decent. one bedroom with a locked door and another bed in the living space sort of. No real living room. A small ante partition where the kitchenette is. A small table fr snacks in a corner. One bathroom. The place is neat and clean, Some plumbing and wires visible around the apmt and the building. But not terrible. The beds were comfortable and there was a small mini fridge to store fruits etc. A Maxi (very popular supermarket chain in serbia) right down the road. Has a private parking spot behind the building which is relatively enclosed and safe. No elevators but we were on the first floor so that was not much of a climb with suitcases. Nikolai the gentlemen who let us in and handed the keys was very helpful and showed us a choice of apmts and gave us the show of the place -lights switches, water heater AC etc before offering us a menu for breakfast the next morning which was delivered in paper bags promptly at 830am. Breakfast is from a local Serbian spot close by which serves authentic and very reasonable breakfast comprised mainly of cheese, pastry and ham with eggs. Hard luck if you are vegetarian. There is a very famous restaurant in Belgrade nearby serving upmarket but traditional Serbian Roasted pork and lamb. But will leave all that for the restaurant review section

There was only one AC in the entire apmt. That too not a very strong one. SO the locked bedroom had to be kept ajar to cool the entire apmt which was not great. THis can be a deal breaker in Serbian summers when temp reach the high 30s C (or 90s F) during the day. Another total downer was the neighbourhood. It is undeniably Chinatown in Belgrade. Every second shop on the street was a chinese run casino, or chinese restaurant. It was a pretty run down neighbourhood to say the least and we would not want to stay here again in a hurry. Did we feel unsafe? No. But I guess we are seasoned travellers, but not exactly the Serbian experience you might want to expect.

Just the location is near to the airport.

The apartments weren't the same as I booked before. In fact, the host at the reception desk said to me that the apartments that I booked were busy already and nothing was possible to do. The stuff in the apartments is dirty, the blankets have holes, and a few things are broken (like a TV stand's door). But it's a typical Serbia, baby)

Super comfy beds. The hotel followed up with me on my arrival time via whatsapp. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport.

Nobody was at the front desk to assist me upon my arrival at the hotel. The website indicates that if you check in after 11 pm, keys will be left for you at the front desk. Although keys were left for me at the front desk, it was a bit disappointing to not see an attendant to assist when I arrived at 10:20 pm. When I walked into my room, I saw a dead fly on the bed.
