The location of the apartment is fantastic. It is a short walk from Westgate which has all your shopping needs covered and the main streets of Oxford are at the end of the street. It is compact but has everything I needed in the kitchen, as well as a table to eat at / work from and a small balcony for a breath of fresh air.
There is lack of storage in the bedroom. There is a rack for hanging clothes but no shelves or drawers, so I lived out of an open suitcase. This could be easily and cheaply fixed.

We arrived when it was already dark in Oxford. However, the host had earlier sent pictures of where the keys were to be collected from (very clear instructions) and also how the various door locks worked. We got into the apartment well and everything was neat and clean and modernised. We've stayed in other apartments in xford, but this was by far the best for its cleanliness and up to date fittings.
