Ein super Blick auf die Ostsee eine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung kurze Wege zum Einkaufen die Strandpromenade gleich vor der Tür und ein Tiefgaragenplatz für das Auto .Wir kommen gerne wieder. DANKESCHÖN

Es fehlt ein Besen um mal schnell den Sand zusammen zu kehren. Matratze war auf meiner Seite durchgelegen.

Kleines Appartement mit zweckmäßiger und vollständiger Ausstattung - wir haben nichts vermisst. Der Blick über die Ostsee ist wunderbar und der Strand mit Promenade direkt vor der Tür. Das Zentrum mit der Haupt-Flaniermeile erreicht man nach 10-15 Minuten Fußweg immer am Wasser entlang.
Der Tiefgaragen-Stellplatz mit der Zufahrt ist schon recht beengt - man sollte die Maße des eigenen Autos kennen!

Direkte strandlage . Super Ausblick direkt aufs Wasser. Tiefgarage
Könnte mal renoviert werden . Grundreinigung wäre mal nötig ; Spinnweben an der Eingangstür , in den Ecken . Die Fensterrahmen seit Jahren nicht gereinigt . Auch auf den Rahmen der Plissees jede Menge Staub , Mini Spülmaschine . Wenig Geschirr vorhanden, Gläser müssten ausgetauscht werden ( z.t. Blind)
