Clean and comfortable rooms, Friendly Personnel

Location was great - next to a station. Breakfast was amazing. It’s small but mighty, i.e. had everything you would need in a hotel. Comfortable bed and pillows, great water pressure, all the necessary amenities. They also had a common area with self-service laundry, water & ice dispenser, microwave, currency exchange.

Nothing.

Nice area and the hotel itself, very close to the metro station hatchobori station Bed and pillows are very comfy, in the bathroom you can find all you need, also the room has an European socket Staff is friendly and helpful, maybe not so good with English, but the translator in your phone can manage all issues :) Rooms are soundproofed and that was really good for us to have a good rest and sleep

11 m² is not comfy for 2 people obviously, but it's just fyi, we were aware about it

The heating was on and the mattress was comfy.

It is a good 30 minutes walk from the begginning of the center of Ginza. Nothing interesting close by, just office buildings. They left a bag at my door with fresh towels and linen... for me to make my bed and change the towels. Since when do people go to jotels to do the house chores??
