    Well located near transport and the major station of Tokyo Station, this was a great hotel! We arrived very late but the hotel had someone to help check us in. The layout of the apartment was brilliant and gave us lots of space for a Tokyo hotel! We liked having the 7/11 right underneath the hotel as well!

    We stayed at the 2 bedroom apartment and it is well equipped with everything we need. The room is ok but a bit dusty, not to complain though. We have a lot of luggage and we got enough space to do our packing in the room. The place is good but do not expect to get a luxurious and super spacious apartment. It is more than sufficient for a short stay though. Staff is fluent in English, no problem with communication. And just to mention that there was a data leak incident happened with my booking. The hotel proactively sent a few messages on agoda to warn me about potential phishing whatsapp messages. I did receive several whatsapp messages from a business account with my full name, asking me to click on a link to confirm my booking. These phishing messages have my checkin and checkout dates correct, which makes it appear to be really from the hotel itself. I was notified about this so I was extra cautious, and did not click on the phishing links. However, this is worrying and confusing. I do not know if my other personal information was also leaked. The hotel said this was caused by their vendor of the booking management system.
