Lovely and homely house with cozy living room and comfortable bedrooms. Was a cold winter's weekend so the heat pumps on each room were really great.
Spa pool was lovely and private with a nice open view.
The most minor thing but the toiletis in a room next to the bathroom and has no sink. Otherwise a lovely place and would 100% stay.

The hot tub was really nice and ready to use. An active and responsive host and a very nice and clean place to stay☺️
The only thing was having a single bathroom which is already mentioned in the description. My friends and I didn’t find anything negative about our experience.

The many steps to the front door made getting our luggage to the house a bit difficult.

We had an awesome stay at Top Spot Rotorua :) the place was extremely comfortable and homely, with everything we could need. We especially loved the spa too which was so nice to come home to after a chilly winters day out exploring Rotorua. House was in a great location, pretty much central Rotorua so was close to everything we wanted to do while in Rotorua. We would definitely stay here again
