We liked the quiet neighborhood with easy access to everything we wanted to see. The hot tub under the stars was appreciated. As were the comfy recliners after a long day.
The appliances were so modern we had trouble figuring them out. But the controls might be normal on kiwi appliances.

Nice, new house! Very clean and spacious.
Only potential downside is that it's in a residential neighborhood, but still only a short drive to most attractions in the area.
