Nice and relaxed, staff were always happy to help, room was clean and bed comfortable, wifi was also good.
A fridge in the room would have been nice but not a deal breaker there was a shared one available.

Best Value hôtel in kuta lombok . I have been to 4 différents hôtels and this one has it all . Service rooms very clean , workers here very friendly and effective. My room was clean and i could ask to clean every 3-4 days.you just have to rent a bike to go in center is like 3 minutes by bike.

The staff were extremely helpful and truly went above and beyond. The owner, Veronica is just amazing and takes good care of her guests and staff. The location is also excellent for a rest away from the busy area but still close, very good security and clean modern rooms. Delicious breakfast served everyday for a time that suit guests, I’d recommend the banana pancake! I ended up extending my stay several times, no wonder it’s one of the highest rated accommodations in Kuta.
