Always clean, secure with digital lockers really safe, staff amazingly friendly and helpful, in the middle of the mountain, very quite no noise for a good sleep, 7 min by scooter to the center of kuta

Nothing really, so easy place to stay and good price

We had a really lovely stay here! The room was spacious, the beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked really well. The room was cleaned thoroughly every two days, including fresh towels, and everything always smelled super fresh. We also really appreciated the balcony and the extra living space on the same floor. There was a fridge with a shelf where we could keep our own food and drinks cool, which was really convenient. The communication with the owner was also great. They were always very quick to respond and extremely helpful. They also have different partners for scooters and taxis. We did have an issue with one of their scooter partners, but the owner handled this very professionally and made sure everything was resolved properly. The housekeeping was also very friendly and helpful, and they even offered to help us with checking out and bringing our bags downstairs.

The only small downside was the shower. The drainage wasn’t great, so some water stayed on the floor, and the shower head sprays a little in every direction. But this was a minor issue and didn’t affect our stay much.

Clean, spacious, quiet

Little in the back of the city, which we knew, still good and close towards everything
