It has everything one needs to be comfortable, from a laundry machine to hangers, from a coffee maker to a kettle.
We only stayed overnight to catch our flights back home, but the stay was comfortable.
My daughter says it is the most comfortable bed ever, the futon and the pillow are great. We three all slept on the tatami next to each other.

Easy to get to the airport, close to public transport, spacious
Loft is a bit bright even with the blankets, but this makes sense since it’s an open room. While close to public transport I wish there was a bit more late night food/convenience store options around
